Love is a beautiful feel. People in this busy competitive world forget to love others. Love can be expressed in many ways sometimes by smiling, helping, appreciating, encouraging, motivating and sometimes even by shouting. Love helps to burst our stress and vanish our tears. For instance if you are agitated and you are walking in corridor for a long time, suddenly your dad/mom/wife grabs your shoulder and gives you a cup of “chai”, and says “don’t worry everything will be alright”.Woah!!! Imagine that scenario. What is unconditional love? Love is unconditional only when you show it without any expectations. Pure love is love only when it is unconditional. Who can show unconditional love? Obviously your parents and your life partner. Anyone else? Mind is a mixture of illusions,thoughts and emotions. Illusions,thoughts and emotions can be positive as well as negative. Today's teens and adults are streesed, frustrated and have a lot of moods swings all these are because of gloomy outlook and hopelessness.  Negative thoughts can lead to harmful stress. We can avoid negative thoughts by staying positive.  1) IS STAYING POSITIVE IS IN OUR HAND?     YOUR ANSWER IS OBVIOUSLY YES!!  EVENTHOUGH IN TODAY'S LIFE WE FACE A LOT OF NEGATIVE PEOPLE, A LOT OF NEGATIVE NEWS,A LOT OF GOSSIPS THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO AVOID THEM.  A SURVEY HAS SAID PEOPLE WATCHING NEGATIVE NEWS,SERIALS,CRIME SERIES etc., ARE STRESSED ALOT THEN OLD AGE PEOPLE. WATCHING NEWS IS GOOD.. BUT THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO WATCH ONLY NEWS AND FOR THEM IT IS PRESTIGIOUS HOBBY.. GUYS PLEASE, IT IS THE FACT THAT MORE THEN 75% OF THE NEWS ARE ABOUT CRIMES AND DISASTER.
