Once Mahatma Gandhi said " it is health which is the real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver"
In today's world people are engaged various activity. They are running behind the crowd without knowing their destiny in order to survival. In this long run many forget " without self care run can no longer be  continued". Health here means not only physical health but also mental health.
If you ask your dad or mom why he/she is not indulging any physical activity, his/ her simple answer would be "there is no time."
Let's be honest now there is 24 hours in a day that is 1440 minutes and 86400 seconds. Doing plank for 30 seconds daily is not a big deal. There is no Such thing as "no time". If someone says no time it means he is wasting more time. 
Doing cardio for 30 minutes a day will improve your Heart health and bone health,boost your metabolism,promotes brain growth, rejuvenates your skin,ensures better sleep And controls diabetes. 
Not only cardio, you can even practice yoga. Doing yoga regularly will improve your posture,creates positive vibes,improves mental health,boost immunity, strengthens muscles etc..
Doing Meditation for 15 minutes a day can make your day so energetic and fresh. Meditation helps to improve your state of mind and keeps it awful. 

Health is even precious then wealth. If wealth is lost to get it back some extra efforts would be required but if Health is lost recovery is question mark.
There is an arabian proverb " He who has health has hope and who has hope has everything" 
Guys you can  achieve anything you desire but always remember this tamil saying "சுவர் இல்லாமல் சித்திரம் வரைய முடியாது" which means "you can't paint without wall"
